UC1847L by TI Available for Sale

The UC1847L is an Obsolete Current Mode PWM Controller made by Texas Instruments (actually designed by Unitrode and later acquired by TI).  While there are no exact replacements for this product Oxygen Electronics has access to stock of this part.

 The L at the end of this part indicates the LCCC20 (Leadless Ceramic Chip Carrier) package. The UC1847J is packaged in a Ceramic Dip Package.
