SL541BCM GEC Plessy Semiconductors Available

In February of 1998 the General Electric Company p.l.c. completed the sale of GEC Plessy Semiconductors to the Mitel Corporation.  In 2001 Mitel was split into two parts with the origional Mitel company retaining the semiconductor division which was renamed Zarlink. During this process of changes in ownership many GEC Plessy product were on the path to be made obsolete.

The SL541BCM is a High Slew Rate Operational Amplifier developed on Bipolar technology and packaged in a 10Pin Metal Can Package as called out by the CM suffix.  More information can be found about this part and many other obsolete GEC Plessy parts at http://www.o2xygen.com/parts/SL541BCM.htm or by contacting sales@o2xygen.com.
