Oxygen Electronics currently has stock of TS68C901BMC4 by Altera. This product is a Peripheral (Multifunction) Controller in a ceramic package with 48 pins. This product was made by both Atmel and Thomson CSF at the same facility in France (the factory was the same - it just changed names as one company acquired the location from the other).
