Oxygen Electronics has access to several thousand TMS3705A1DRG4 by Texas Instruments.  This product is a LF Base Station IC which allows for efficient development and production of RFID readers for vehicle immobilizers.    This product is ROHS compliant and packaged in a 16 Pin SOIC.  Special care is required with this product as it is a MSL Level 3 device.
