The XC3090-70PG175M is an obsolete FPGA 320 Cell in a ceramic PGA package and currently in stock in limited quantities at Oxygen Electronics. Xilinx PDN (Product Discontinuation Notice) PDN99001 dated Jan 15, 1999 documented that the last order date for this part was 15 January, 2000 and the last ship date would be 15 April, 2000.
