Rhose Island Electronic Parts Company Admits to Defrauding Customers

According to justice.gov, Jeffrey Warga of Bay Components LLC waived his right to indictment and pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud.  According to the court documents and statements, Warga and others participated in a scheme to defraud their customers by falsely representing electronic parts they  sold "were not from Asia when, in fact, the parts had been purchased from companies located in Asia".
